3. Booking & Payments
All celebrity bookings are subject to confirmation from the respective artist or talent representative.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
A written agreement or confirmation is issued by the Company, and
The required advance payment is received.
Payment terms, cancellation charges, and additional expenses (travel, accommodation, hospitality, taxes, etc.) will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information related to events, campaigns, or bookings.
Ensure a safe, lawful, and professional environment for celebrities and representatives.
Comply with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, and venue regulations.
Not use the celebrity’s name, image, or likeness beyond the agreed scope without prior written consent.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies will be mentioned in the specific booking agreement.
Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the stage of booking and commitments made with the celebrity or vendors.
If a celebrity cancels due to unavoidable circumstances (illness, travel restrictions, force majeure, etc.), the Company will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative celebrity or reschedule the booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and designs, is the property of Khwahish Celebrity Management unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Khwahish Celebrity Management acts as an intermediary between clients and celebrities/talent. While we strive to ensure smooth execution of services, we shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or reputation
Delays or cancellations caused by celebrities, third parties, or force majeure events
Technical issues or interruptions on the website
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
